Navratri Outfit 2018 | What I wore for Garba(Dandia Party)

I was really excited to wear this outfit and share with you all regarding my Navratri outfit as in what I wore.
So the boy and me had planned this for quite some time, Dandia parties have always been really special to both of us because we met due to a fix up at the college dandia party. While we did not end up going together in the first year, we did end up going together that too as a couple in the second year. As this was our first Navratri after the wedding, we had planned to go for a Garba party after several years. The last time was when went to the one in college which was back in 2011. So we were really excited!! We got all decked up to attend the event. The best part is he shopped for both of our outfits from a local market as the market is near his workplace. I selected this lehenga/ Chaniya choli over a video call, really!! But the colors were so bright and lively that I had no doubts about making the selection.

I did a very simple and manageable hairdo for this look. Just made two braids and two twisties on each side of the parted hair and tucked them with bobby pins at the back. This way there was no hair coming on my forehead and it was perfect to dance the night away!!

I kept the makeup really simple and wore it the same way I did in the Navratri Makeup tutorial here. I just changed the lipstick color from a deep pink to a bright pink and wore a Pink bindi to brighten up the face.
I also wore a necklace set in silver mirror work and oxidized silver bangles. For footwear, I wore easygoing flats.

Outfit: Chaniya Choli from a local Shop in Kurla Market, Mumbai
Jewelry: Necklace & earrings- Local shop in Sector 12, Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Bangles- Gifted
Makeup:
The same as in the tutorial here.
Only the lipstick is a bright pink one from Lotus and a Pink bindi.
This is a very budget look and you all can get it for Navratri under Rs. 2000 😀
